Debrecen Reformed College Library

Professional certification is provided primarily for the scientific and educational work of the University of Debrecen Theological Studies and the Church Institutions, as well as for the professional further training of lay pastors. The public scientific library is the University of Debrecen, the city and the regional libraries. It also serves research and reading.

We have been using computers since 1993. In 1994, the local computer network was built, and at the same time the library was connected to the network of the Universitas of Debrecen. The institution, like other member libraries of the Universitas, uses the Corvina integrated computer library system. In 2000, significant development was made, including digitization equipment. The collection also has photocopying and microfilm reading equipment.

The "Main Library" is located in the college building complex. The theological library (with a total of 70,000 volumes) operates essentially independently, with only the computer system connecting them.
